Shipping and Delivery
We use the most suitable, timely and cost effective courier service and parcel service depending on the item(s) you purchase from us. We often use Australia Post and Officeworks mailman service in Australia. We use a trusted and reliable, secure courier service or our suppliers preferred courier service for;
Irregular shape items (a guide is that it would not fit the size limit of an airline carry-on luggage), approximate dimensions exceeding this 48cm (L) x 34cm (H) X 23 cm(D);
or for larger items greater than 20kg such as furniture delivers*
Items such as furniture or multiple items and heavy pots* are arranged with a courier service.
Shipping charges will be added to your order automatically for items less than 20 kg when you proceed to checkout. However, for large items, multiple items, furniture, heavy pots incur additional costs, calculated based on weight, size and your delivery location.
*If multiple or bulk orders we will calculate shipping costs separately and choose the best method to get your order to you.
*Furniture will be calculated based on weight and delivery location.
No International Shipping
At this stage, we do not ship our products to international addresses.

0 kg to 2.0 kg = $15.00
2 kg to 6 kg = $20.00
6 kg 11 kg = $30.00
11 kg to 15 kg - $40.00
16 kg to 25 kg = $50.00
26 kg to 40 kg = $ 150.00*

Where possible, your order will be sent to your chosen address. If this is not possible we will contact you to discuss your options. This may happen if we can only partially fulfil your order.
If you have incorrectly provided an address that requires verification or cannot be located than this will cause additional delays in delivery.
If an attempt to deliver your item is made, and no one is available to accept the delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

We know that you are busy and cannot always be at home to receive your items so we recommend you use a service like the Parcelpoint service.

Check that you have local parcelpoint collection location near home or work.
Shop and go to checkout your items
Use the Parcelpoint location address as your Shipping address (enter your order number and Urban Patio and your name)
You will be able to track your order
Parcelpoint will SMS you when it is ready to collect
Your Parcelpoint location will ask for a driver license or other proof of identity and will charge you a fee small fee of $2.95. Please see full terms and conditions at parcelpoint
You will be able to collect your item between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, they can hold it for up to 7 days.
It is important to note that if an attempt to deliver your item is made, and no one is available to accept the delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
We will package your items so they will be secure and arrive safely. Where possible, we will reuse the same packaging as our suppliers.
When will my items be delivered?
Depending on what you have bought it can vary from a few days to 12+ weeks, we will contact you to advise. We will provide you the delivery timeframe of each product on our site in the product description.
We dispatch every Monday and Friday. In peak times additional dispatch times apply.
Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website.
Non-metropolitan or remote areas (as defined by Australian Post) may also require an additional day(s) to deliver.
Do you have my item in stock? (availability)
Some large items like furniture is likely to take additional weeks to be delivered to you. Products on our website which have a status of out of stock/pre-order may also take additional time. If you can’t wait, contact us and we will see what we can arrange or let you know the timeframe.
We process online orders 24 hours a day, therefore there is the possibility that an item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on our website. We will get in contact with you immediately to let you know and can offer you an alternative product or give you a date of when the item will be available and dispatched to you.
I need to change my shipping address?
You should notify us as soon as you can if you need to change your shipping address, within 2 hours of placing your order would be great. Pleases contact us by email with your order number and the new shipping address details.
If your item has not yet been dispatched it may be possible to change your delivery address details. At times, our courier/ parcel service may require additional costs to redirect your items, we ask that you cover these costs prior to dispatching to your new delivery address.
